Ok so firstly i got a 16" shutter fan and the brands remote control fan soeed controller.It was an absolite joke, the controller didnt react to the remote die to really really bad programming of the software, it was random as to if it would work or not. And only 3 speess where it promises adjuatement. It was a horrible product. Ive used a third party alrlternative digital controller but wished for lower speeds and couldnt trust it to be safe at those low speeds the fan was getting hot.Now i wish amazon had just offered this up to date version firstly. This model hits very low speeds and keeps the fan motor happy, and my ears/sanity intact.Theres a 4second power burst at the start to stop burnout at low speeds (much healthier design).I havent tried the temperature controller yet but so far this seems like an excellent product.They should remove the old version from market. Its very bad and not suitable for its intended use.I would have prefered an inline plug with a cable as it allows for more useful placement.the socket seems .. functional but not convenient. Nothing an extension cord cant fix.But another cost for me.

Works very well and installation is as easy as plugging in the fan and the thermostat to the wall. Set the on temperature and let it work. Keeps my shed at ambient temperature rather than 20 degrees above it. Easy product to recommend.

I have now bought several of these one for my greenhouse and two for my man cave building. They work great easy to install one I’ve had for three years now for the greenhouse still working great.

Installed in green house and so far have worked as described. Will update for longevity once we have had them in use longer

Just simple plug this unit in the AC outlet, and plug an exhaust fan into the built-in AC socket, then dial a desired temperature and turn it on. This simple step is for those who don't want to waste time on a programmable digital controller.

I have 2 of these for an attic and a shed, and both have been very reliable. Built well and keep both spaces consistently cooler based on the temp setting.

This worked great for awhile but has since lost its mind. Will not turn on automatically when the greenhouse gets above the temp set mark. However, it will turn on when I lower it to a temp way lower than the set point. Nearly lost all our spring starts. And fan only works in a small area of the temp settings. Very frustrating. Avoid if your greenhouse is gonna rely on it.

I did not use this yet but I ordered another type of electronic control last summer and it cycles on and off with one degree of differential. Very annoying and my gable fan burned out. I hope this is better.
