My 2.5 year old son has never slept well - his whole life he's taken an hour+ to go down, restless while sleeping and frequent wake ups in the first half of the night. He has low sleep needs and wouldn't even go down until 9-930, after waking up at 7, even if he had no nap. It was exhausting and felt like we got no grown up time at night to just chill, not to mention the bedtime song and dance (and I literally mean song and dance) before he would fall asleep.A friend in the same boat suggested melatonin which for some reason we had never considered before. This has literally changed our lives. Sometimes he's even asleep before we are done reading bedtime books. The first night he took it, he said he felt dizzy but has never said anything since. And the first week or so, he would wake up super upset about two hours after falling asleep (which was new with the melatonin; he would wake up before but not as soon and not as sad) but that's totally stopped. We're almost finished with the bottle. He is almost 40lbs and we give 1mg per night, so it's been about two months and there's been a huge change for him over all. I was feeling bad for him because it can't be pleasant to have so much energy and be so restless, so I really do believe this helps him just go to sleep with ease. We give it a half hour before bed. He takes the pill NBD.If you're in a similar situation, this may be your answer. Our pediatrician okayed 1mg per night for us, in the spot we're in. Like I said ... Life. Saver.We chose this brand because we are vegetarian, he doesn't have a reliable drink before bed (as far as liquid goes) and I'm not to keen on giving him gummies before bedtime either even with brushed teeth. So this is perfect all around and we will absolutely be repurchasing!

I bought these because occasionally my son will not calm down at night. They work well and are a low dose of melatonin.They taste great and are plant based. I have to admit I have been taking them also and find that the low dose Melatonin works better than the 5 mg I used to take. I sleep better through the night. I found the 10 mg or 5 mg had me waking up in the middle of the night.

I tried a few tablets of the melatonin myself and experienced great sleep with no groggy feeling the next morning. This is the only plant-based melatonin option I found with super clean ingredients. It's also non-GMO and Gluten-Free...a BIG plus for me. I gave this to my friend for her daughter that has a lot of trouble sleeping through the night. She has already seen a really positive result with Nature's Night and her daughter loved the flavor.

So glad to find a plant based Melatonin product out there. As an adult, I use this and find it helps. Like all Melatonin products, I can't say that it works to keep you asleep all night, but does seem to help fall asleep faster and stay asleep a bit longer. At least for me. Unfortunately for my elderly mom, sometimes it seems to help, sometimes not so much, she's kind of hit and miss with Melatonin and some other sleep products.

I was happy to receive this however I looked at the expiration date and keep in mind. I received it January 6. The expiration date was in March 2025, which only gave me two months to take this product, not pleased with receiving old product and will be sending it back

I’ve tried literally EVERYTHING for my son to fall asleep and sleep through the night, nothing worked until I tried this product, after the first use 30 mins before bedtime all I heard was “ mommy im sleepy” I said okurrr. The first time in YEARS I’ve had a full 8+ hours of sleep straight..I definitely recommend this product!

I am not sure this even works. My son has sleeping issue and we were very regular on regular melatonin. We decided to find plant based option and got this. But so far everytime I have used these, I don’t see much difference. He still struggles to sleep after taking this compare to regular melatonin.
