It is a great way to display medals, ribbons and the grand old American Flag. I bought this for my Mother to memorialize all her brothers accomplishments in the service of our great country.They displayed very well in this case but keep in mind that the section that holds the flag will only fit a standard display flag and not the proper burial flag. Which was unfortunate(but where credit is due, it said this detail in the product description but I apparently missed that)Still, this looks great hanging in the living room and fits right in place with her two other brothers’ burial flag displays (these are just flag displays without the medals) so I’ll be buying two more of these to match them up

Bought this for a fallen officer to present to his family. Because I was in a very remote area, there wasn’t any other options for a flag presentation. This showed up in time and it had beautiful craftsmanship.

The product came broken in the box. The flag window is small and can not hold an honors flag. It is a shame for some who want to place their loved ones' flag in the holder to have a broken product.

The item was very well packaged and had none of the issues others had described. My only nits to pick are the shadow box on the bottom has a black "velvet" backing that doesn't extend 100% edge to edge of the inside of the box so if you are up close, you can see where it stops on the left and right side before it gets to the edge of the frame. The other nit is there is no protective coating on the glass and had a bit a glaze you might see with dirty dish glasses. I cleaned it off the best I could but invariably couldn't make it as crystal clear as I'd like. Neither of these issues is truly noticeable from 5 feet away so overall, I'm very happy with item.

Well constructed. It came with the hardware for wall mount including a mini level and also a plastic sleeve to place your certificate. They even included a “Thank You” card and instructions on how to fold the American . Compared to others this is far superior, just the little extras were a pleasant surprise.Good job guys, thank you.

Great product

I bought this display case for a 3x5 flag I purchased at the 9/11 memorial. The folded flag fits the opening except it’s too thick and the wing nuts on the back panel aren’t strong enough to hold the flag in the compartment. I tried to compress the flag before placing but the wing nuts just bent out and the back panel fell off. The overall appearance is really nice, just frustrated that the back panel doesn’t have stronger wing nuts (and more of them near the pointed top)
