Perfect fit for olympic size barbells
Check your barbell actually takes this as some use spring collars but for the ones the use nuts this fits perfectly.

Too small - jams the sleeve
The unthreaded collar on this screw was too short so when I tightened it up, it prevents the sleeve from spinning.
