Great for percussion!
I purchased these for my timpani students and they worked well. Good tone and attack.

Great timpani T3 drumsticks! Nice quality
Nice drumsticks for overall timpani uses. Anyway if you are looking for stacatto sounds I would recommend T4 instead of the T3 but they do the work very well.

Good enough for all purpose
I work playing in a crossover band and we recently started playing in a high end hotel. I had built myself a couple of mallets but I thought I could buy real mallets to look more professional. They completely fulfill that purpose. Good for cymbal swells and playing around the toms and snare. Very light and comfortable. But most importantly: they look much more professional than the ones I had before.

The heads start to fray a little on first use. The trouble is, better quality mallets are very expensive.
