This is a little bit of a story, but it is worth reading if you are struggling and looking for a product that may help. I am post hystorectmy 5 years, prior to my hystorectomy, I got the occassional UTI from intercourse. I am 50 now, so I am sure I am in peri-menopause hormonially, even though I have my ovaries still. This year, I got several UTIs back to back, all after sex. They were so bad I just cried the following day. The problem for me, was that I had no issues during sex, but afterwards I felt like I had rugburn but inside of me. I decided a trip to a urogynecologist was in order, to see what could be done. She said I have some dryness, and slight atrophy and prescribed me a hormonal replacement cream. It was very expensive, even with my insurance. I came home and read about the prescriprion online, and the possible side effects of the prescription was terrifying. I was left in a space that either I choose not to have sex, or I did something about what was going on, because the constant UTIs were disabling, I couldn't function when I got one, I couldnt think about anything but the pain I was in. Since the hormonal cream my urogynecologist offered me had such scarry possible side effects, I decided to look around to find what else can I do to help myself. I tried coconut oil and even the Dr said coconut oil was fine, but I learned that coconut oil has a higher Ph balance than you do in your female parts. The problem with coconut oil (or products that are not ph balanced like this one) is that when the Ph is off down there, the microbiome that is naturally present will not thrive, leading to dryness, leading to pain after sex, leading to what I thought was a UTI. I read about every product like this, and was planning on getting this one, but a woman left a review about getting a yeast infection after using this. I did not need to add on a yeast infection to what I was already dealing with. Reading her comment made me unsure of getting this stuff... Then I realized she also said she was on HRT, and I read on the hormone replacement therapy cream the Dr prescribed me, could cause a yeast infection, among a lot of other issues I wont mention.. I am not saying that is what happened to the woman that left that review, but I decided given she is on HRT, and I have not had yeast problems (so far).. I would just try this product, especially given that there are so many great reviews. It is interesting to know, I am not entirely sure if I actually got UTIs or if I was just in pain from the friction of intercourse. I took multiple uranalysis this year, and they all came up with no bacteria in my urine. I was on antibiotics when I took them, so it could be that the UTI cleared when I was tested. It could also be that the friction from sex and less natural lubrication was causing the downspiral with the elasticity in my skin and it was just pain causing me to think it was a UTI. After spending a few days researching other natural products, and taking into account that if I found something natural I may need to use it on a regular basis, so a very expensive product may not be a great fit.. I decided to try this product, before trying the hormonal cream the Dr prescribed. I figured if it didnt work, I could just get the hormonal cream. I applied it three days in a row, and I could not believe the difference it made, I felt a lot better, but I also had not had intercourse to see if it would help with that. I know you can use this daily, but after the 3 days in a row of using this product, I started using it every 2-3 days.. The whole time I felt like things were back to where they were when I was younger. My other half and I decided to give my body some time before trying again, just to give myself a chance to heal, so we waited a few weeks to see how I responded to this cream. I started to feel back to normal and we decided to see if it would help with the burning in the days following intimacy... I used it a few hours before we had sex, and then again every days for the two days following, and, this product helped so much! I did not feel the burning sensation I ALWAYS felt the day after, and I did not feel like I got a UTI either. On the second day after, I did start to feel a little bit of uncomfort, and I thought..ok I am going to get a UTI, then I used this product and that feeling was almost immediatly gone. So it may be that I need to use it every day for the days following intimacy, as I learned in all this research, that sperm also throws your ph off. Thbis product has helped me regain the proper ph, and help with the dryness. I wanted to share this, because I STRUGGLED SO MUCH with UTI's and getting one (or feeling like I have one) everytime I was intimate with my partner was really disapointing. He also felt bad and nervous because he didnt want to hurt me and that is when I finally said I need help with something. I will also note that I took D Mannose supplements before, and after intimacy, and again for the two days following. D Mannose used to work by itself, but it stopped working. I took the D Mannose as a possible preventive because I know I got UTIs before, but I definiatly think they were made worse with the dryness issues. I think it was a combination situation with me, and probably a lot of women have this issue and just do not talk about it! If you are struggling with pain during or after inetercourse, just try this, its worth it.. Its not expensive and I love that its made with clean ingredients. This is a game changer for me, I no longer am worried about being intimate with my partner and stressed that I will be in pain in the days following. I just ordered a second tube, because I plan on using this regularly, unfortunately I do not think there is a "fix" outside of applying creams or other interventions, but this was worth every penny, so I will keep it on hand. I also want to try the other cream this company has, with the hyuloronic acid in it. I choose this one because reviews said it was thicker than the other one, and I felt that would be more moisturizing, but I know hyraulonic acid is helpful as well.

I've been very satisfied so far. The product feels cold when applied, and there is a minor stinging sensation I feel right after application, but that goes away within a few minutes. Each time I apply it the stinging is less noticeable. I am using after-market disposable threader applicators instead of the reusable one provided, because the one provided has ridges on the upper part of the applicator, which I feel makes it more uncomfortable for me to use and may contribute to an initial burning sensation. If you use after-market applicators, the applicator may fit over the tube but the tube may not screw on to the applicator, but you can make it work by pulling out the launcher stick on the applicator until you reach the desired dosage line. Then hold the tube at a slight angle to the applicator opening, like you're filling a cup (applicator being the cup), holding both applicator and product tube at the same time. Squeeze the tube, and the product should transfer into the open space in the applicator with little to no spillage until it fills to where you've positioned the launcher. It just takes a bit of adjusting the product and applicator to prevent product spillage. I've found the product more economical than some I've used previously, and I like the natural ingredients without hormones. It has very little scent, which I also appreciate. Unlike other products I've used, I've noticed that this product doesn't provide the relaxing, soothing feeling right after application (or after the initial burning goes away). What it does do is enable me (I'm in my sixties) to feel as comfortable as I was in the adult years prior to menopause, meaning that just after application, the feeling of dryness disappears rapidly. The fact that I don't feel anything but the dryness going away means for me that it's working the way it should.

Great product! It leaves no unwanted residue or discharge like other products. It matches your body. It can sting for a few minutes but that it goes away quickly. That just means your ph is a little elevated or you aren’t as hydrated. It works! I will be buying this product in bulk. I pray they never stop making this.

This is one of my favorite products! It's not sticky, doesn't leave a gross residue, no odor. It's easy to use, works reasonably well as a lube, doesn't have a taste, and helps a body to feel better. I've bought this multiple times, and will buy it again. 10/10

I would give this zero stars if I could. Let me start by saying i hate putting chemicals into my body and this product seemed more natural than others. The package i received had more chemicals listed than the website. The applicator was sharp. Really? Putting this into delicate areas it should not be. Even using lubrication I had difficulty inserting this which was a good thing because it burned so badly and the surrounding tissues started swelling. Luckily I was able to wash most of it out. Then I took an antihistamine to help with the reaction I had to this. My advice - stay away!

Love love love it. I'm 23 but have a pituitary adenoma which has left me with symptoms similar to both pregnancy/menopause for the past few years. I was so dry it was uncomfortable to walk, painful penetration with anything; tampons, going to the gyno, etc. I finally decided to look for options and tried this randomly. I love that there's minimal ingredients, the gel consistency of this product, and the fact that it WORKS. I've been dry for a few years and just 1 week of using this product daily, I feel normal again. I tried taking slippery elm alone but it wasn't helping. THIS HELPED. I'm so happy with the results. I will say, I wouldn't use this alone specifically for BV or infections. I'd use a depository since those seem more potent as well as more quantity. But this does keep peace of mind that this is made to not throw off your ph (which i'm sensitive to). The only possible con to this is the applicator! It's made to fit the top of the tube first, body second. I compared it to the ones I use for depositories and it's slightly bigger.. Inserting is uncomfortable but it helps to put some the gel on the tip as well as your own opening (it's super slippery btw. trying their lube next for sure). It can also be a little hard not to fill the tube with air pockets. Besides the slight learning curve, it gets easier and the product works which is most important! I wish they sold a bigger size!

Atrophy what a horrible word to hear from your gynecologist! What? My girl parts are doing what?! No wonder I wasn’t enjoying intimate moments anymore. At my gynecologist suggestion I started using Good Clean Love Restore about two years ago and I am happy to say that my gynecologist reports my tissue is healthy and Ph is perfect and while it hasn’t reverse the atrophy it has not gotten any worse. I use it every day after my shower. I gave up on the applicator right away. It’s not very smooth and scraped the skin as you were inserting it. I simply put a small amount on my finger and insert it that way. I use the Good Clean Love Lubricant during sex and it works great. I love the smell of both products. Kind of reminds me of Coco butter. I am very sensitive to a lot of ingredients and have had no allergies to either of these products.

Here's my input -- This product worked, until it didn't. I am perimenopause and never had issues until recently. It cleared up my mild BV and dryness very quickly. I used it internally and I put on bit externally and it felt great. I proceeded to use it for 6+ months. Then it backfired, badly. Started getting irritation, terrible burning and daily bleeding. Took me 5 weeks and a doctor's visit to figure out it was this product. My best guess is that my body needed something to restore some acidity and hydration, but then as it was no longer needed it became too aggressive and irritating. Either way, careful with using this too much or for long term. I still need vaginal moisturizers, but I can not use this one.
