Simply mix with water! The water does not need to be boiled first.

Does this concentrate go bad after a period of time?

No, I have not had it go bad. I bought two bottles of it, and it lasts a long time.1/3 cup of concentrate and 1 cup water.

How often should the nectar mix be changed?

We recommend changing the nectar and cleaning feeders at least once per week, more frequently in more humid temperatures.
