I bought this lamp because I wanted another lamp in another corner of the home and I did not want to spend 70 dollars like the first one I bought. This one compares to the 70 dollar one. Its just as bright and the lamp structure is the exact same. This one just has an on off switch where the 70 dollar one is dimmable and you can change basic colors from the switch. This one where the lamp actually is shines light only to the top the bottom of the light is solid piece where as the 70 dollar one shines top and bottom. This one I do like for the price and was easy to put together. I did screw up those, where the three post are wired together I pushed the slack wire in instead of pulling the loose out at the bottom where the plug extension is and while threading the two sections together the wire got stuck into the threads and I broke the two wires. Luckily I had just not quite an inch to work with and soldered the wires back together. My mistake that I performed is exactly what was in the instructions as to what not to do. But who reads the instructions when you also have a diagram. Anyway if you want to save forty bucks and just want what I explained about this light I highly recommend this floor lamp. Cannot g wrong. It works great color scheme and they deliver. Now I have two but yet different in there own way. Buy it and save yourself 40 for that fire TV stick.

Assembly out the box was a piece of cake. The product operates as expected and even exceeded some of my own expectations. When I purchased this there weren't many reviews so I was a bit sketched out, but I went ahead and absolutely no regrets so far. The lighting is vibrant, colors are vivid and the app operation is straightforward, even a nice UI for the app. Yes, you need an application to control this but honestly who wants remotes for everything nowadays? Excellent product overall

These lights are not what were advertised. First, I bought two lights. They were both clearly already opened and returned once. After setting the lights up and plugging them in, the lights came on but neither would connect to the app so they could not be controlled. Followed the included instructions and lights will not connect to the app. Follow the help guide from the app and will not connect. After trying to reset the devices multiple times the lights won’t even turn on anymore. Lastly, they are advertised as 150w equivalent lights. That is not true at all. They are MAYBE 60w equivalent. Not bright at all. Complete waste of time and money.

This is my fourth purchase of Brighttech's lamp. The other 3 work perfectly. This one is obstinate. It took 4 days of playing with the switch before it would stop blinking. And it has not connected to the app at all. So, I have a white light lamp... a good lamp, but not colored like I bought.

It took a few tries to get connected to the wifi but I did eventually get it all setup. The light stand itself is super sleek and modern and I like that you can adjust the lamp piece in a few different directions. You can choose so many different brightness levels for the white light which I appreciate and love the ability to change up the color lights to create different mood lighting. Overall it's a fantastic purchase!

You can’t get the colors like red very bright. The other lamp I have you can get orange red yellow very bright while still keeping the color tone. I thought I was buying the other one I had not one operated by the Tuya app. I am super disappointed that I paid $85 for this with this limitation.

It has a solid base which is good for not tipping over. The light is pretty light, the stick is pretty strong. Brightness is okay. Everything is not bad except it requires the annoyingy app to use! Everytime I turned it on, after about 30 seconds it would start blinking which is impossible to continue to use. A little bit too annoying!

I this lamp is a steal for $30! I’m writing a review because there were no reviews when I purchased, and I always rely on reviews!You do have to use the app to set up but after you can use the on off switch. Provides significant light for a medium to small room. You can change the color of the light on the app, which is pretty cool. Also love that it can be set up with Alexa.

La lampara funciona muy bien, se conecta con alexa mediante ambientes, es decir instalas la app Tuya Smart y configuras rutinas luego en la app de alexa lo detectas con ambientes y listo... lo escribo porque yo tarde un poco en entender la conexion ya que al menos en mi caso la app de alexa no la detecta como un dispositivo...En general muy buen producto, materiales de buena calidad por el precio...

Don't like the fact that they need to know your location and require other personal information in order for you to make this light fixture work. HORRIBLE! Who does that?

Compré el producto hace un par de años. Su uso ha sido muy esporádico y en breve tiempo se ha deteriorado de forma importante. La columna, sin causa alguna, se partió en dos pedazos y ha quedado inservible. No la recomiendo
