I had previously purchased something similar to this for more money. That item was a gift and no longer available when I was looking for one for myself. I found this at a great price and decided to take a chance on it and glad I did. I used it once or twice a week for my tight hamstrings after a long run as needed. This works like a deep tissue massage on them and my legs feel great after the initial soreness/recovery. I’ve now used this on hamstrings, calf and lower back and it is so much easier (and in my opinion effective) than a foam roller.

The ease of using it, it relaxes the muscles in my head, neck and shoulders, i have had 2 infusions, they cut my neck 2 times in throat area and 1 time in back of my head down to the middle of my back, my neck gets really stiff and the muscles tighten up so bad sometime i can't turn my head, using the massager helps loosen my neck and shoulders and relieve pain afterward. i am very happy for this purchase.

It was okay but if you want high pressure you’ll want to buy something else. It would crap out if I pushed on it too much

This little jem gives a deep massage. Climbing ladders, raking leaves, shoveling snow? No worries. The rotating nubs alternate direction every 20 seconds or so and find tension and knock it out. Best message you can get without going to a pro.

So i got this for my mom as a Christmas gift so she hasn't used it yet... but i have. I used it on my back last night to relieve some pain and it helped.It came in a nice box, i was so happy so it would be easy to wrap.

Had it for two weeks, does good for the price. It already stared to make a noise like is going to give up. Best $20 ever spend! used it every day for this two weeks ;)
