Great for facial masque!
I used to use this all the time for steaming facials ... then life got busy and just kinda forgot about it. Well, started it back up around 2 months ago and my skin is getting its glow back! I usually follow up with a clay or yogurt/honey masque. This is such an effective & inexpensive beauty find! (facial instructions are included with box)

Not very effective at recommended dosage. I took it before a fast that was recommended by Dr. Gundry ( PLANT PARADOX ).

Happy to find the loose herb formula again
I love Swiss Kriss and have used it for years. When I first found this product it was only packaged in the loose herb formula, at some point the company started producing a pill form. Although I still liked how they work, it seemed that the pills were not as effective. I was delighted to find the old familiar boxed herb formula.

Works great, every time.
I like the pills. I take be 3 or 4 n it works well. next time will try the powered kind. I've tried dulcolax n it don't on me.only be Swiss kris's does. All natural.
