Battery charger won't work!!
I ordered it as a gift for my daughter and was excited to give it to her today while she's visiting. The battery charger won't work with common outlets! I will be returning the entire thing.

Good product
I have purchased this item for few times. I lke this product. It works well. The major problem is that it is heated after only few minutes and battery life is too short. Price is not competive otherwise I would buy another unit

Instructions in Chinese only
Disappointing to receive engraver only to find that the instructions are in Chinese only. I purchased in the USA. Barrel of pen is thicker than expected. I have small hands. It’s workable, but would have preferred a slightly less bulky tool. Hoping this holds up and meets carving expectations.
