Bought around $40, but worth it!
DID NOT PAY MSRP/retail of $19.99, but for what I both (2) B&B was definitely worth the money I spent, why? Both box had Charizard Promo.

Got this set as a gift for my son. He was very happy with what cards he received.

Resealed product
While performing a live stream over a lot of vivid voltage products I opened this and found it to be re-wrapped. All the packs were opened at the top and the pre-release card was taken. This item was not inspected and possibly a return. I expected more from this seller I have used before.

Overpriced but legit
Definitely overpriced, and was ready to send back at any sign of tampering. HOWEVER, all 3 boxes came neatly packed and I pulled the Charizard and 2 Lugia promos which is the whole reason for the purchase so overall I was super pleased!
