Great product! Highly recommended!
I have a super tall bed and a 16-year-old cat. This stair is exactly what the vet ordered! Many of the steps are either too tall for an arthritic cat or are too short to reach my bed. This is quite heavy, but that just means that it is sturdy. I had to use treats to train my cat to use it, but she uses it now without hesitation and it is so much easier for me. Now she can get down in the middle of the night to go to the litter box without me having to wake up and lift her down and then pick her up when she returns. This saved many nightly interruptions.

Best purchase for a pet I ever made
Best purchase for a pet I ever made. My 10 lb chihuahua took only a couple hours, and a few treats on the stairs, to start using the stairs to get up and down off my bed. She more than loves the fact that she can come and go at will. Very well made, you won't be disappointed for a smaller dog.

Steps are just the perfect height to get up to my counter. Very heavy and well constructed. Both my younger and older cats use it. Carpeting is very good and easy to clean. It has been a lifesaver for my 18 year old cat.

Don't buy - flawed construction
Item arrived flawed, top step gives way down about two inches. Promised a replacement and then they withdrew the offer, saying it is a "normal" flaw... NORMAL?? To scare your dog by thinking the step is going to fall, that it isn't sturdy? Not acceptable. Shame on them for saying the flae is normal and taking back their offer of replacement. Don't BUY!
