True flush cut nippers are a pain to find, and quality ones are even harder. These have been the first set that I haven't put nicks in the cutting edge within the first week of using them. Hard, quality cutting edge. The grips don't have any uncomfortable raised lines from the mold either, so +1 for that attention to detail! 6 Month Update: I can't recommend these enough! Still no chips or cutting edge deformation! They're pricey, but I use these almost every day, and they're still cutting good as new.

I've been looking high and low for a decent pair to replace my old ones that served me well for around 20 years. The manufacturer who made my old pair now puts out garbage. Even Klein cutters that cost around the same as these were better suited for making grass greener. The faces are roughly ground and the edges don't meet. You can tell by looking that these are well made and they work well on even the finest wire.

Pricey but a very good nippers. Smooth operation, sharp edge. It also makes a decent fingernail clipper too.
