This is good for those who are on gluten free diet.However, some of these GF products are forced to be brought more than 1 at a time.So you need to buy more than what u require, considering the product expiry is not long

It was too powdery in that, upma looked like hardened kanji. Otherwise taste was same as the normal sooji.
