Delicious for myself and the kids
These are great on the go snacks. I bring these to work with me sometimes for a quick snack, and i was thrilled that the kids also loved them! It’s so hard to get anything green into my kids- so this is a win!The taste is great, and if your used to the texture of chia you’ll like it.

Tasty Sugarless and a burst of energy
You know nutritionists say we don't get enough Omega 3s. We get too many Omega 6s. Well, this is a tasty and very convenient little pouch of fruit and Omega 3. I really don't like chia but this is an exception. Great for kids too!! Put it in the daycare snack pack! Love it mucho! AND it is EBT eligible for the little green four pack. Nice!

Didn't like the texture
They are ok tasting, but mostly I didn't like the texture, it's like thinned out tapioca pudding...couldn't eat them
