I do facia massage and this is a great tool, well made, sturdy, easy to use and easy to hold product that I use to flush the lymph after the massage. It's pretty sturdy and has all these curves in different sizes that you'll ultimately use in different parts of your body.

Excellent for your circulation- muscle and joint relief- great for warm ups prior to exercising - some literature out there suggests that regular use can help with cellulite- I'll keep you posted. Haven't stopped using since it arrived - travels well.

The quality of the product is wonderful. It is easy to handle and the smooth texture of the wood is great. No matter a person's size, it seems like it would work for everyone. The presentation and packaging/shipping of the product is also very well done.

I bought one of these last fall and love it so much I bought a second. I think it will last forever. My best friend's husband has more than his share of lower back pain and I hope this will help him. It's certainly helped me. It's probably an "intrusive" sort of present to give, but I have found this so helpful with my own pain that I really didn't care about overstepping slightly.

Easy to use with smooth contours. Bought this for my elderly parent who has chronic swelling in their lower legs. They love it!

Would have been better if it came with some instructions on how to use it.
