3"x14.5"x33.5"-62" Adjustable Innovis Better-Bench

Followed the instructions to the letter. Backed with 4x6, dry packed and torqued how they described. Once installed before tile it had a wiggle of about 1/8“. I sat on it and the back of the unit pulled out from the wall about an inch. The leverage created by a 100lb mortar bench is too great for the support and design of this unit. The entire installation I was unimpressed with this flimsy piece of flashing that they sell for a fortune. Instead of welded corners it has flimsy pop rivets. I called Innovis directly and they couldn't explain to me what I should have done differently. Their customer service manager grilled me for an hour about how I installed it and argued with me but couldn’t tell me what I did wrong. They insist failure is not possible and will not do anything for me. No warranty or support! All in all I'm astonished at how poorly this performed.

These shower bench work and look great, insulation not to hard but not for the diy guy. Delivery was on time

Works very well. We do a lot of custom, high end bathrooms.

Easy to install and made the tile job so much better. Clean finish, this is the way to go if you want to install a seat.
