Good product, I bought it for my son, as the nursery he is going don’t provide them with lunch! food is warm, easy to clean! Not very big size , so is compact in his lunchbox!

This is not good for keeping in heatA total waste of money and I may throw them outWaste of moneyDo not buy !!

It's a bit small but I kept it as it's very nice . I use it for my pack lunch.

thermal lunch box was bought for the purpose off keeping my grqnd daughters school lunch warm we have followed the instructions but it does not keep anything warm a tall a waste of money.

This product is not fit for purpose ...About 80% of the stored capacity is effectively a steel bowl ... Great !!!What is not so great is that the remaining 20% is plastic and there is a clear joint where liquids can get in to and you wont be able to get out due to the advice limiting cleaning to hand wash only ... hence it will be a breeding ground for bacteria !!!Also, I've seen a few complaints on here where it holds the heat for a few of uses and then doesnt ... my guess is that water/juices are ingressing into that joint I mentioned and saturating the insulation rendering it useless ... the truth is, this product is a health hazard and shouldnt be available for purchase !!!Mine has gone with the recycling !!!

Doesn’t keep hot or warm for 4 hours and I let 10-15 min in hot water and still the food is cold .

You can only fit a small portion of food not ideal for adults but great for kids

I wanted a thermos container that I could put a meal into to take into someone who is unwell. This is a good idea but only big enough to accommodate a small child. Definitely not big enough for an adults meal.

I looked long and hard for an insulated lunch box for school lunches that would provide a warm meal instead of the typical brown bag cold sandwiches. This one exceeded my expectations. I noticed some of the reviews made comment that the food did not stay hot/warm but it has worked great for us. It's all in the prep work. I boil a cup of water and pour into the container and close the lid. I allow it to sit for several minutes while I microwave the food to go into it. Then I quickly dump the hot water, wipe out with a paper towel and transfer the hot food into it and snap it shut. It is still quite warm by lunch time. The box was a little pricey but worth the money overall as it saves money on lunches and assures my school kid eats her food instead of scraping it into the trash.
