Q: How red is this actually? Everything i try is pinkish

This is a true red. I had the same issue with others being "pinkish" but not this one! I highly recommend for Red.

Q: what color is missing from the 24 that the 25 count has?

Hi Both 24 and 25 colors bags have some different colors some same. Main difference is the packaging. However both if them have all essential colors that most people use. Thanks

Q: Can this powder be used on concrete?

If you mixed them with wet cement, they would just sit on the surface of dried cement. You could probably mix with a sealer.
