The waterbed mattress and accessories arrived very quickly which we really appreciated. I'm used a waterbed over 40 years and we found this mattress very comfortable on day 1. We did some researched on the manufacture and even made a phone call to them for some answers on questions we had. They were good and professional on answering them all. Its only been 1 day of using it but so far it is great.

Customer service was great. Bed is great - very comfortable. FedEx delivery was horrible!

I have been sleeping on a waterbed for 42 years and when I got a small leak I was devastated. I was afraid to try and new one because they haven't been around much. I spent $3,500 on a Sleep Number mattress and was very disappointed. I returned it and it cost me as much as this whole mattress, liner, heater and mattress pad cost me. Now I look forward to going to bed every night and I think everyone should own a waterbed.

I’ve owned 2 other waterbed mattresses in the past 30 years, so I know how they work and how to care for them. This one is SO WAVY… I get sea sick on it. The title should read 98% Wavy! Completely misleading and not true. The company Rick’s Home Store in TX has been extremely uncooperative in assisting me with a refund for their false advertising. Jake at the store keeps stalling in hopes his lies disappear. By far, this is The Worst Experience I’ve ever encountered with Amazon! I’m stuck with a waterbed that is the complete opposite of what they advertise. The bed is filled to the correct level and all. Avoid buying this mattress and anything at all from Rick’s Home Store. And Amazon should drop them as a vendor.

It waves, but it is very comfortable.I'm only giving three stars because of how much motion it has.It does seem to be of good durable quality.Still a good bundle buy imo
