Bear Microcurrent Facial Device- Instant Face Lift & Toning, Fuchsia

I think it works. I still have my wrinkles, but my face is much fuller after the first month. I'm 52 and I was desperate to find a device that works. I'm looking at myself differently. If there is anything to report it's an increase in confidence! which is really what I want more than to get rid of the wrinkles. HA!!!

Loved this so much until it stopped working. Dealing with CS now. I would love to purchase another once I can afford to, and hope I don't have issues with any other FOREO devices!

Update 2025: stopped using for a few months and we t back to it since I noticed my skin wasn't as great as when I was using this regularly. To make sure it's worth using, I did the exact same skin routine for two days and one day I used Foreo and one day without. Took photos and videos and can tell especially the forehead is more smooth the morning after using Foreo. Also compared couple weeks progress and can see a difference, somehow more healthy looking and smoother skin texture. I have tried many many devices and this one is the best, along with red light mask. *** Take before photos before you start. After a month of daily use, I see improvements in my eyelids. They are not as saggy as before. I don't see changes the bottom half of my face though. I wanted to tackle the mouth lines but don't see a difference. I actually feel like it made my orbital cheekbone area more sunken in than before. I might only use this for the eyes, which is the upper eye and brow area - not directly on eyelids! Remember to use a good amount of activating gel or else you will receive shocks.

The device is ok but not as great as they make it out to be. First of all you need to have an app on your phone (waste of space/storage) and you have to pay a monthly subscription. I used it a few times with the app’s tutorial’s and it did make my eye twitch so I didn’t use it around my eyes anymore. I haven’t noticed any real difference in lifting or anything but my TMJ pain has been a lot worse since using it. Unfortunately, I missed the return window and sending it back.

Update: the company fixed my device! It also happened pretty quickly! While the device malfunctioning was frustrating, not everything can be perfect all the time. I really do enjoy the device and I'm really glad to have it back! I originally had the nuface Trinity and I loved it! But, it was a lot to make it into a nightly routine because it would take quite a bit longer. I decided to try this one out, and it's super quick. I love the video guidance. However, after a few months it just stopped working. Hopefully foreo can help. I will say in the 5 years I had the Nuface it always worked.

Prospective buyers: please read numerous reviews before making your decision, and concentrate on reviews from users who have used the Bear for many months. Any reviews that don’t include a usage time period won’t be helpful to you in ascertaining the long-term reliability and impact of the product. This is the second faulty Bear device I have purchased in 2 months! Both devices stopped working -without the App - shortly after I registered them, making it impossible to use the Bear in its offline mode. The owners manual was no help & did not address this problem. When I contacted Foreo customer service, they were prompt & helpful. They did provide me with troubleshooting directions. I followed their 4-step process, but the Bear still would not work without the App. By the way, the 4-step process involves deleting & reinstalling the App, updating your IOS, and deleting your phone’s cookies & cache memory. Who wants to do that every time there is a new version of the App (current version 3.5.9) or your phone has a software update? When the device STILL did not work in offline mode, Foreo invited me to make a Warranty claim. At that point, it was easier for me to return the Bear to Amazon, as I was within my 30 day purchase period. So I did that. The replacement Bear arrived. I registered it and soon, it too, stopped working in offline mode. I followed the same 4-step troubleshooting process. Same results as before: device #2 would not work without the App. I intended to return the second Bear to Amazon, since it had also malfunctioned within my 30 day purchase period. But I missed the deadline due to the holiday season. Now I am stuck with a Bear device that will not work unless I use it WITH the App. What a hassle to make a Warranty claim for a 1-month old product! Problems with using the App: there is only ONE “Treatment” program. If you want to vary your routine, then you have to adapt to this program, which is pre-set for certain areas of the face and also pre-set with microcurrent intensities based on those areas of your face. The App also has a “Start Massage” option (separate from “Treatments”) that can be used for a freestyle facial. Note: Foreo App & owners manual does not explain if a “treatment” provides the same microcurrent benefits as a “massage?” If it does, then why are they called different things? Confusing. Also, for both “Treatments” & “Start Massage” functions, each time you have to reset the microcurrent intensity level. The App does not remember your preferences for these functions, even though you have already programmed your settings for “Pro” mode with T-sonic on level 5. I am a fan of microcurrent treatments and I recognize that the Bear is a good product. The accompanying App, however, is not. I sincerely dislike that I cannot use the device without the App. What if I have a phone connectivity or battery issue at the time that I want to use the Bear? I paid for a product that is supposed to work offline, without the App. This is bad value. And buyers & potential buyers should be made aware of this problem, which many other users have complained of in these reviews. Foreo: please correct these problems and provide better user information!

I've been using this little microcurrent foreo bear for about 2 weeks now and I am hooked. I have used the Nuface device a few years back, but gave up on that due to the fact that it would not hold a charge very long and just stopped working all together. Since receiving the Foreo Bear, I charged it once and two weeks later it is still going strong with the same charge. I love that a treatment is only 2 minutes long and you can follow the app that gives specific instructions. I mean who doesn't have 2 minutes? Treatments are so short that after using the app, I will do another treatment on specific areas of concern. Does it work? You betcha, you can instantly see a lift in the eye area and my cheekbones are well defined. It's a little workout for your face. Love my foreo bear.

i got the bear before i started doing botox and it makes a huge difference! the key is consistency and finding a decent micro-current gel that doesn’t cost $80. i found that running it over my chin and jaw 4/5 times per week sculpts and defines the jawline! i get botox for my upper face/eyes/forehead, but nothing beats the bear for lower face definition!

I've been using this for 3 weeks and definitely notice a difference. This product works by stimulating the muscles underneath your skin, so it takes time to work. After a week, I noticed my skin feels firmer, at 3 weeks in I see a noticeable difference in the mirror. I hadn't noticed, honestly, until I joined a Zoom call and the camera doesn't lie! Make sure you are using this with a water-based serum, and keeping your skin wet enough that the bear can glide easily. I use a hyalauronic acid serum, plus a facial spray to refresh the serum and keep my skin from drying. If the serum sinks in, the bear doesn't work anymore, so make sure your skin is wet, not just damp. LOVE this and will be using it forever! I highly recommend it to anyone!

Aggiorno la mia recensione dopo mesi di utilizzo. Il viso è più ovale, sulle rughe non posso commentare perché ne ho davvero poche e intorno agli occhi, dove bear non arriva. Utilizzo la versione pro a livello 10 tutte le mattine. Sicuramente è da evitare da passare su brufolini o piccole escoriazioni perché la corrente pizzica parecchio. La pelle deve essere integra. Non è necessario mettere molto prodotto conduttore (che sia Foreo o altro). Per il resto sempre molto soddisfatta, unica pecca la batteria… usandolo giornalmente non dura molto, all’incirca 8/9 giorni. Non potrei farne a meno! Ho aspettato un mese prima di recensire Bear per capire bene se funzionasse o meno. Sono sicuramente contenta di averlo acquistato e posso dire che dopo 4 settimane la mia pelle è più elastica e migliorata. Sono sicura che con costanza il mio viso migliorerà ancora. A mio avviso bisogna usare un livello di microcorrente alta (io uso nella modalità normale la 10) non ho avuto ancora il coraggio di provare la versione Pro. A 10 sulla fronte sento già pizzicare e non essendo piacevole temo che con la versione pro possa essere ancora più fastidioso. Sarebbe stato utile, nell’app, poter selezionare diversi livelli di microcorrente a seconda della tollerabilità. Come siero utilizzo quello della Foreo, mi trovo bene anche se il prezzo è elevato. Se utilizzato tutti i giorni dura solo 3 settimane… Ho letto diversi commenti di problematiche relative al funzionamento del dispositivo, al momento il mio funziona bene (io lo uso sempre tramite l’app sul mio iPhone). Spero tenga duro!!

Been thinking about this for a while, finally bought it. Only been using for a couple of weeks, with the Foreo app. It does make a difference. No zaps!! Many years ago I tried another well known brand of micro current device, it hurt so much I only used it about a week. This does work, no zaps. You do need to use it every day however to see a benefit. I have only been using it on the lowest setting. May up it a bit when I am more used to it.

Qq débuts de prise en main difficiles : - pour info le câble de chargement ne rentre pas complètement dans la fiche de l appareil et c'est normal avec les nouveaux appareils (j'ai eu foreo, il y a un chat sur leur site et ils sont très bien)...faut le savoir car ça fait bizarre de voir la moitié de l embout ne pas rentrer ! - la led lumineuse en plein milieu de l appareil peut clignoter pr 2 raisons : manque de batterie donc faut recharger mais aussi simplement pcq l appareil essaie de s apairer à l appli sur votre tel ! Donc on pourrait croire qu'il n'est jamais chargé car ça clignote souvent. Comme moi qui l ait chargé 12h pr rien, la boulette - on peut l utiliser sans l application il suffit de l allumer mais il s'enclenche quand on le met sur le visage seulement. Une fois ces éléments assimilés il est vraiment top. Apres 4 jours d utilisation je vois déjà des effets sur les sillons naso, la ride du lion et bizarrement les paupières qui font moins fripées (j'ai 41 ans peu de rides mais on voit que le temps passe !) Avec les 3 programmes c'est assez simple et rapide d'utilisation. Ca prend 2 mn min mais on peut faire plusieurs programme et meme plus en manuel. Pour les personnes pressées comme moi c'est juste parfait. Vous n'êtes pas obligés de prendre le serum de la marque. De l aloe vera suffit, perso j'ai une émulsion lactée de galenic qui fait l affaire. Il ne faut pas d huile mais qqch avec de l eau et glycérine. Un spray à l'eau peut suffire mais moins agréable en sensation pr faire rouler, j'ai trouvé ça désagréable. Par contre je pense que c'est une routine à ne plus abandonner et à faire tout le temps mais c'est tellement agréable que ça devient vraiment un moment de plus dans la routine. Voilà donc je recommande vivement
