I never write a review on anything, but this was so worth it. My four-month old was sick for a week and not breastfeeding so much, so my milk supply was reduced so significantly that I got really worried. I called the lactation consultant at the hospital and she recommended this. She told me it was all natural so I wouldn't have to worry about chemicals. I didn't want to wait, so I went ahead and started with 3 capsules 3 times a day. The capsules taste like you made this at home; they don't even taste like plastic capsules. So this reassured me what the consultant said that it was all natural. My milk supply immediately increased two thirds. I was beyond impressed. I took them for 3 weeks until my supply normalized again. I don't take them daily anymore. have a very stressful job that affects my body; therefore, my milk supply. So now if I noticed my milk supply got reduced, I take some capsules that day. They truly are a miracle. I wish I would have known about them when I had my first my baby. I could have nursed much longer. I recommend this to every mom. They are expensive, but this is much cheaper than buying formula. And your baby can continue with breast milk. I am extremely happy with this product.

Okay I actually think this works! I’ve tried a few supplements & they all gave my baby bad gas. So I was hesitant with this, I started with one capsule a day then upped it to 2 a day. After 3 days I went from making 4 oz a pump to 5-6. Im not trying to have a crazy increase just enough to stash a small amount a day for peace of mind. So that’s great for me. And baby was not showing any signs of issues. Rating it 4 stars because the taste is awful 🤣

This will be my second purchase. I’ve been pumping everyday for 3 months and I have no complaints. My lactation nurse recommended this or the tea. I went with the capsules and still take my prenatal vitamins as well. I plan on nursing for a year so I highly recommend this.

I'm glad to read so many women have had a good experience taking this product. My lactation consultant recommended this to help with milk production. Have stopped and restarted taking the product 4 times. Every time I can only do 2 days because I feel dizzy and needle pricking sensation all over my arms, back and lips. I really want to increase my milk but I can't continue taking them for long. I read another review about allergy reaction and it's exactly what I'm feeling and more. So I guess it is related to this product. It's very expensive so I thought it would really work . 🙁

I CANNOT say enough awesomeness about this supplement!!!!! My Lactation Consultant recommended these to me with baby #4 as I had ALWAYS had a difficult time establishing and maintaining an adequate milk supply for my babies. In the past, I had tried Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Brewer's Yeast, Mother's Milk Tea, Raspberry Tea, Fennel Seeds... pretty much ANYTHING/EVERYTHING ever recommended online or by friends/family to help with my supply. NOTHING worked. I purchased the go-lacta about a month ago, when baby was about 2 weeks old. My supply was better than it had ever been throughout all 4 of my pregnancies! I couldn't believe how much I was pumping (4.5 to 7 oz. every 3 hours) in lieu of a breastfeeding session. As if that weren't enough, my baby has ALL.THE.GAINZ. in the weight dept. He was 8 lbs. 1 oz. at birth and dropped to around 7 lbs. when he was 10 days old. Three weeks later (and with the help of go-lacta!) he's pushing 11 lbs.! It's awesome! In fact, I just left a message with my Lactation Consultant this morning to discuss OVERFEEDING/OVERSUPPLY as I've seen some issues with my now 6-week-old that indicate he's eating too much (pulling away from the nipple while nursing, difficulty burping, spitting up large volumes of milk, inconsolable for periods), so I started nursing on ONE SIDE per feeding and/or giving just 3 to 3.5 oz. of milk when bottle-feeding and he almost immediately was back to his usual, happy self! I am SO GRATEFUL for the recommendation to try go-lacta. It's not the cheapest supplement, but it actually saves money when compared to buying and trying all of the other options out there, OR switching to formula because your supply isn't good enough. LOVE.

Mitigating factors: I've gone back to work. Or potentially the pump is less effective, but I don't think so. I have noticed a steady decrease over the last month of taking this. I was taking 4 pills a day (2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch) and Lactation Plus (2 pills). I'm not sure if it is because 3 days a week, I'm away from baby from 8 hours. But she nurses like heck when I am there. If I didn't pump in the morning (one breast, and then give her the other), I wouldn't be able to supply her with the 8 oz at daycare she has. Supposedly, your "milk really comes in" at 3 months. Well, at 4 months, I'm not seeing any increase (although my kid does have some nursing issues). Going to try the $12.99 Moringa and up the dose. This was twice as expensive and didn't seem to do anything at all.

I’ve been taking this (almost) daily for about a month now, and this stuff really works. On the days I forgot, the following day I wasn’t able to pump as much with my morning pump. I use the powder and think it goes best in a smoothie, though sometimes I just mix it in water with mio and drink it that way. The taste isn’t too bad, It tastes like healthy greens, but it’s a little better with the mio. You can sprinkle it in your food too and generally don’t taste it at all that way. I’m sure the capsules are easier, but they’re more expensive with the amount you have to take per day. I’m planning to keep taking this until I’m done breastfeeding.

This product does not work at all. I took this religiously 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at bedtime. No result even after days of taking this supplement. Waste of $50.
