Excellent for Joint Health
I’ve noticed a big improvement in my joint flexibility and less stiffness since taking these. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong fishy taste. It really helps support mobility, and I feel more active and comfortable throughout the day. Great value for the quality!

Good product
Been taking for a about a week and haven't had any issues. Seems to be a good product. It's just a nutritional supplement so don't expect to really "feel" anything, but I feel it's a good supplement for most people to take, along with a good daily vitamin.

Will not purchase again
Can't speak to its effectiveness as most things I take are probably snake oil... This one in particular I will not purchase again though, because I did not read that you have to take THREE huge pills as a daily serving. I can get the same dosage from other brands with much less footprint.
