I thought was a lighter color and a tighter weave. The ribbon in the 3rd picture is mine. I posted it because I wanted you to see the difference between 2 products. Some people may like the loose ones, but it’s not for me. Disappointed.

Only wish that it was easier to cut withou fraying

First time I purchased this it was great. Off white/natural, tight weave. Second time it's beige very loose weave and after washing it twists like crazy. Very poor quality.

This was just what I needed to put through the waist of pyjamas bottoms. The bottoms had a fixed tie tassels at the waist not drawstring. The pyjamas kept falling down so threaded through the waist so it can be adjusted to stop the pyjamas falling down.

I use this product for a number of different uses IE, bags, seams and supports. It is made from cotton which so soft and a herring bone pattern finish. It is a pale Beige colour which is ideal for my intended uses. Because I have multiple uses, I purchased a 50M spool which was a best value way to buy.

I used it to make Jubilee bunting and it worked really well. Very easy to use for a beginner.
