1Mii Bluetooth 5.3 Music Receiver for Car/Home Stereo, Aux Bluetooth Adapter for Car with Volume Control Supports Hands Free Calls, 16H Battery Life

Purchased this to provide Bluetooth capability in my 2008 Tundra. I did not want to purchase a new radio just to gain Bluetooth so I decided to give this a try. Very pleased with the performance. Easy to connect to a phone and maintains a stable connection while using. Initially I had it plugged directly into the AUX port on the dash and it worked but I think the location caused some issues with the mic. I purchased a 10ft low profile AUX cable and routed it behind the dash, up the A-pillar, and behind the headliner to the overhead console. I taped a metal plate to the back of the receiver and put a magnet from an old phone mount inside the overhead console. This allows the receiver to sit directly above me and the mic works great now. Do not have to speak up at all to be heard clearly by whomever I am talking to. Battery life is very good as well. Using the magnetic mount approach it's simple to just take the receiver inside the house for the night to recharge the battery when necessary. As long as you turn it off when you get out of the vehicle the battery will last for day or weeks depending on how much driving you do. I did have an issue with charging the receiver in the truck while using it. Creates a noticeable amount of static noise through the radio. Highly recommend charging when not in use or perhaps trying out a ground loop noise isolator. For me the best solution is just to bring into the house to charge overnight whenever required. This is a great solution for an older vehicle when you don't want the expense of replacing the entire radio. Worked so well that I plan to purchase one more for my 2007 Sport Trac so that I can use Bluetooth in it as well.

Bought this as an inexpensive solution on an older used car I purchased. Initially I had plans to install a better module behind the dash so that the 2007 car could have a Bluetooth connection. I figured that if it didn't work, it wasn't very expensive, so worth a shot as a short term solution. It's exceeded any reasonable expectation I had for it. Sounds good, has a strong signal, easy to set up. Considering the car has needed a lot of attention in the last 4-5 months, this receiver has a better track record than the car i bought it for.

I have a 2008 Scion XB and wanted to listen to some music off of my phone in it. I purchased this little guy & it works well. I have noticed when I am around certain areas there seems to be a mild interference (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars). I live in a big city and when I go into town that is where it seems to cut in and out intermittently. But, highway driving and away from said city it works great. I also notice near my garage it also seems to cut out. The cutting out only lasts momentarily and thank goodness it isn't during the entire song, but in certain spots it can get annoying. The sound level is low, so I just pumped my stereo up as high as I could. I just have to remember to pump it back down before I turn the radio back on. Setting it up was easy. Bluetooth device was immediately recognized. Every time I use it - recognized. Works with Aux. Overall, sound is great & is a life saver for me.

1. Overall, love this thing. 2. Construction build appears good. I mean I don't plan to throw it like a baseball. 3. I use it for the bluetooth function with the aux adapter and sound is great. 4. Charge speed is alright. Battery life is great. 5. I use it here and there so I dont know just how good battery life is but I assume it to be great. 6. You can charge it while in use, as long as your cord is long enough. Love that. 7. It chirps at you when battery is low. I don't like that but its better than it dieing completely while in use and me not have a warning. 8. Easy to setup and easy to use. 9. I love how small it is. 10. On/off switch is a slider and works perfectly. 11. I do not see this thing breaking on its own. 12. I forsee this lasting long time. 13. I LOVE that it supports Bluetooth 5.0 14. Very quick to charge if you plug it into a wall adapter for home charging. Maybe less than 2 hours to fully charge. Its really small so probably less than 1.5 hours really. I think it says in the manual it comes with how long it takes to charge and its battery life. 15. I LOVE that it reconnects without me having to do anything other than turning it on and waiting. 16. I have had no issues that have caused me to want to crush this thing under my boot or shoot it with a 50 Cal. Very pleased with the product. 15.

Works great with Iphone14. To prevent 1Mii internal battery from discharge, 1Mii should automatically switch off when the device it is connected to is out of range for longer than 5 minutes. Otherwise, one month of use, very good and hopefully keeps going.
