Clogs Too Easily
Holes in filter are too big and so let coffee grounds pass through, while hole in bottom of cup is too big and gets clogged by small coffee ground particles. I recommend buying an Actual Replacement DeLonghi Filter unit.

Where's the hole?
I had ordered the coffee maker and the filters didn't have holes allowing the expresso to drip. I ordered replacements and what do you know? ... no holes. I had to drive a nail through the middle to get it to work. Made in China. Support from DeLonghi is abysmal. Numerous requests for receipts, photos ect. but no resolution. They were easily returned through Amazon.
