The battery is good. It keeps its charge for a long time. Satisfied with the quality.

My wife was looking for a replacement to her Mia2 and I kept reading about this product. She loves this and has accepted it as a suitable replacement. Thank goodness. Best part is it doesn't require the constant purchasing of brush heads.

I bought this about a month ago after seeing all the hype it got on BuzzFeed. I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin, and have always been wary of chemical exfoliants-most just tend to irritate my skin and make me break out more. For awhile I did have a cheap bristle-style exfoliation brush (not a clarisonic) and that did great for a few months until I couldn't find replacement brush heads to purchase anywhere, which put me right back in the market for a new brush. The first thing that drew me to the Luna mini 2 was that I'd never need to buy replacement heads. I was a little concerned about the price tag, but I did manage to get a little $ off when Amazon had a coupon to clip on the pearl pink version (the one I have), and reminded myself that the upfront cost would be one-and done since there's no brush heads to buy. And honestly, this brush has been worth every penny! I use it in the evenings (my mornings are a little rushed) with either a liquid African black bar soap or Accure's cleanser. Generally, I use the "oily skin" side (the thicker bristles) of the brush for the full three minutes that it'll stay on at one go (the first minute is (4) 15 second sessions for each cheek, the chin and forehead, but it then stays on for another 2 minutes which I'll normally use to focus on my T-zone) followed my my usual toner and serum. I'll normally use a lower speed 5 evenings a week for a gentle cleansing of oil buildup and try a higher speed twice weekly for a gentle exfoliation. After the first use, my skin felt the smoothest it has ever felt! The only (minor) drawback, was that the first week or 2, I did see a temporary "purge" of gunk from my pores that resulted in a temporary spike in breakouts, which other reviewers have mentioned, but this was thankfully short lived. And now after a nearly a month of use, my skin is more radiant, softer/smoother, breaking out less, and even I'm starting to see a reduction in the size of my huge pores (which no product has ever given me before-so yay!) and a better oil balance in my skin. So for me, the results have taken a little time (and totally been worth the wait!), but the product has totally delivered as promised. Even better, it's done all of this with no irritation to my skin. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with this product and have been recommending it to all of my friends. Thanks Foreo!

I already had super nice skin, and still the FOREO Luna Mini 2 is making it feel and look even healthier. I noticed it after 1 use! I was using a Clarisonic before, and while the Clarisonic does give you a deep clean, it's harsh when compared to this. It strips your oils completely, so that I would have to deeply moisturize every time. Whereas with the Luna MIni 2, it feels more so like it's working with your body, and cleaning it in a balanced manner. My skin now feels supple, smooth and naturally hydrated. If your skin is on the dryer side, like me, you will love it.The Luna Mini 2 just feels more simple and streamlined too, with no brush head to attach. It seems like a minor thing, but I hated having to take the brush off each time and making sure to wipe all the water out of the crevice where the brush goes. Not to mention making sure the brush is clean and properly dried. The silicone on the Luna Mini 2 feels so much cleaner. I hadn't realized how much I was beginning to dislike my face cleansing routine until trying this. Now I look forward to it.A couple things I want to mention. I originally ordered three different devices to compare--the Luna Mini 2 in the colors mint and sunflower yellow, and the Luna Mini 2 PLUS in lavender. Oddly, all three of these devices vibrated at different intensities when I compared them at their max level. All three should have the same 8000 T-Pulse technology with 8 different intensities. I reached out to customer service via email (this is the second thing I wanted to address--several reviews here have said that they received no response after emailing, and I just want to let everyone know that was not the case with me) and had a great customer service experience. The woman I spoke with suspects that one of the devices was faulty (this one vibrated at the lowest frequency), while the other two differed because they came from different batches. She said since this product was released back in 2016, there have been several batches, and devices do differ slightly from batch to batch. Just something to keep in mind.If you're reading through the comments and you're on the fence, you should definitely give it a shot! You can always return it. (You can't on the FOREO website).

This device works great. It's reliable and only needs a charge every 6 months. The silicone feels great and it cleans my skin really well.I like the size and that the back side has thicker bristles and is curved.The only design flaw is that the charge port is not covered by silicone for daily use, so I am a little worried that moisture would damage the device. A better design would have been a charging base similar to those used by sonic toothbrushes where there's no electric connectors exposed.That being said, I had my first Foreo Luna mini 2 for over 6 years and has no issues with it. Sadly I lost it at a hotel. When I needed a replacement I ended up ordering the same model as it seemed better than the newer mini 4 model and looked better than the competitors.I would give 5 stars if the charging system were better, but overall I would recommend this device.
