These affirmations are good quality, stand up easily and are small enough to have on a working desk space. There are 52 different affirmations, one a week throughout the year to really make you think or rethink things that are going on in your life. They have helped my mental health to become more positive. Also a great gift for a friend or someone who might be struggling.

These cards are a perfect addition to my homeworking desk. They are great quality and each week there is another beautiful and thoughtful affirmation to keep fresh in my mind. I chose the lighter colour for myself and the black version for a gift and I know the recipient will not be disapppointed. Would recommend these cards especially as more of us are working at home right now and could do with moments of thought and reflection.

Sometimes when you sit at your desk all day pounding at the keys you forget where you are, and occasionally, who you are. This little deck of cards sits just beneath my screen and reminds me everyday to be mindful, grateful, thank ful, and cheerful. There's a bigger picture out there. They remind you of you and what you can achieve and have achieved. It's not easy to remind yourself to not be negative and stress, it's part of our mechanics sadly but these great little affirmations, wherever you put them, provide a little uplift and reset of the mind and give a little boost. It's going to be ok.

With world mental health day just the other day, it’s clear we all face mental health challenges throughout our lives. Adding these affirmations to my morning routine while brushing my teeth so I can set my positive mind and remind myself to be grateful, happy and uplifted for the rest of the day. It’s so important!
