We threw out the lava rocks after one exploded. They were dry so not sure what the problem was. Just glad we weren't standing too close. Bought some glass beads (took 20 lbs) in two colors to replace the rocks and are now relatively happy with the firepit. The igniter works okay but it does take longer than expected to stay lit without holding in the gas knob. I suspect that it wouldn't take as long if the air temperature was warmer.

This is easy to assemble IF they send you the right parts. We spent an hour trying to figure out how to make it work. the video made it look so easy. We measured the bottom propane holder part and there was NO way it could mathematically fit! Contacted the seller. No problem to get the correct part. We bought this for an event and it took another 5 days to get the right part. Glad we had ordered this ahead of time to allow more time to get the right part. Easy install with all the right parts. Good customer service. They sent the right part out right away without hesitation. The "high" portion of this is much too high. We use this on medium low to low and it's just right. If you want a big flame, then high will be great for you. Not sure how much propane the "high" will use :) Sturdy enough metal. Other fire pits I have seen are definitely more heavy duty, but you’ll pay a heavy duty price tag for it. Good enough for hanging out on the patio and enjoying fireside chats!

I am a woman and I was able to assemble this by myself but it wasn’t easy. Like any “fireplace” especially a four sided one, you get a minimum heat factor.

Arrived on schedule and box had damage but as I began to unpack realized it was exceptionally had substantial packing for all pieces. Took awhile to figure out directions with diagrams mostly. It would help to have another hand. However, panels and legs were tagged with letters. Better to not screw bolts tight till all legs are together to square it up, then proceed with panels. Only one EPanel had a bracket bent and broke off. Once I had all together I just used clear silicone to solidify on inside corner of bracket area. It's very solid once you secure top which definetly needs to be attached with unit upside down. Communicated with seller prior to receiving unit due to a few issues from reviews and they were exceptional about handling the situation. Also ordered fire glass to add on top of lava rock. Didnt use all of 10 lbs of glass but much nicer look. Probably will also be ordering a tempered glass fire pit surround due to wind in my area. Love the adjustable legs on my large paver patio.

This was difficult to assemble. You thread all the screws loosely until you finish assembling the door. It is very difficulty to tighten the whole thing keeping it square and making sure that the door will close properly. I ended up keeping some of the screws loose because there was no way to fully tighten and have the door work so it is a little wobbly. It looks and works really good though. I used fire glass instead of the provided lava rock and it looks great. We have enjoyed using it on our patio on cold evenings. It is allowing us to enjoy outside time later in to the fall and early winter. I am happy with the final product.

We searched for a fire table and was attracted by this clean and easy-to-use design. We choose this one because of price advantage even the product is relatively new.When we received it, the product turned out to be very impressive. The shipping was fast and the installation is straightforward. The final look is fantastic and as shown in the page. We accidentally dropped the glass to the ground when we move the table, however, the glass wall was intact! The fire and grill function worked as expected for our normal use case.BTW, just a reminder, there is no tank or fuel coming with this table, you need to buy separately.

Not to hard to put together, only had a hard time getting door on with the built in screw, had to is hammer to lift metal hook so I could get the door on.

Would have given 5 stars but the thermocouples came broken. We reached out to the seller and right away the seller responded with a work around. A few days later, the seller followed up to see if the firepit table was fixed, and without me asking, refunded us for the purchase. Great customer service! Will definitely buy again from this seller. All in all, the table looks nice and sturdy.
