Works as intended
Great screens, easy to clean (I throw them in the dishwasher because I’m lazy). I’ve used all 3 sizes multiple times now and haven’t had any complaints. Highly recommend!

Size collection covers most needs
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Must properly season these screens. I’ve used tallow & ghee w good results. The metal mesh has sharp edges which complicate trying to season them. Fine enough that foods won’t usually fall through yet still gives even heat distribution w/o need to turn for even browning. My latest goto for frozen pizza & chicken tenders.

As described and expected. I use them over a pizza stone. Cooks a bit slower than directly on the stone, so raise the heat or time a bit.
