Rubbish Hook DO NOT BUY!
What is the nut for? you would need supernatural power to be able to fit that, rubbish thin metal, very poor quality, look elsewhere, just trying to save you time and money.

Unable to fit
Bought to fit to ceiling. No screws and once you screwed the holding bracket you have no room to use the nut that the hook can screw into. Pretty hopeless
