My friend has ordered four of these through me since I bought her one as a gift. I use mine every day to get rid of stiffness in neck and back. Put it in a baggie (don't close the baggie or it gets too hot!) and put in microwave with water in a glass otherwise it will burn beans inside and smell bad. Use water everytime-no smell. Start with a minute so you don't burn it. I find it ususally takes 2 minutes to be hot. You can spritz with a little water for moist heat. The baggie keeps microwave and wrap from contact with each other. Enjoy!!! If you have body aches this will be your best friend. You can put it on your feet on a cold day and relax or you can tie it all around neck, shoulders and back and keep moving! Great gift idea! one use and they will be hooked!

I first purchased the neck and shoulder wrap due to tight muscles years after a bad car accident. It worked so well that I decided to get the lumbar wrap for days of menstrual cramping, and the occasional backache. It has worked fantastically. The best part is that you aren't tied to an electric cord all day like most heating pads. This stays warm for a while and allows you to complete your other activities while wearing it. It's not something you can hide under your clothes though. The only disadvantage is that sometimes, even when you heat it the correct amount of time, it gets too hot. This can easily be solved by not cooking it as long or wearing clothes under the wrap.

I could not be more disappointed. We had a set of these from another company for about 20 years. They got so old that the herbs were no longer fragrant. I wanted to surprise my wife and ordered this. She hated the fabric from the outset but resigned herself in order to use it for sleep. We've had it for about a month and she can't use it now because the seams are letting go and she's waking up with stems and seeds in the bed with her. Don't shop for price for this product. Pay once for a good one, not multiple times for crap.

I have a very old wrap by Herbal Concepts that has served me well.I bought this one because I liked the fabric and color. It stays tied very well and the velour fabric is very soft and nice. The wrap works well each morning to "unstiffen" my back when heated in the microwave.

This really helps my lower back pain. I grew up always locking my knees, which arched my back and I have been working to correct this. I don't even need to heat it up (unless I'm in pain at the time). I like to use it as therapy for my back. While I'm cooking or cleaning (standing) I like to tie it on just for the weight and it relieves a lot of pressure.

Wonderful wrap for degenerative disk disease. I’m slightly heavy in the tummy and the wrap fits well.

all other wraps are too short to go around my shoulders and other large body parts. It could even be longer will purchase again
