I have bought over 10 strings of these in the past. Some of the strings suddenly dim and don't respond to my troubleshooting. A couple of the strings were new and dimmed out a couple of days. Rest lasted a while. So, if you can accept quality issues, they're ok to buy. They're not cheap though. Also, they have a policy that only one return is accepted. so, if in response to your return, they send you their junk, you've bought it!! That's interesting.

I purchased this string and another string of the Noma brand (same length and number of lamps) at the same time -- this brand is easily twice as bright as the Noma brand. They are the perfect brightness for outdoor lights and they seem to be well constructed. Very happy with the purchase -- I returned the Noma brand.Update -- I have since this review also purchased the "BrizLabs 33ft C9 Christmas Lights, 50 LED Christmas String Lights" and the BrizLabs brand is even brighter and appear to be built with wire that has thicker insulation (I did not cut the wire open, but I'm guessing that the wire gauge is the same with thicker insulation -- these draw so little current that there isn't any reason to use larger gauge wire). I would guess that the BrizLabs brand will last even longer (because of the thicker wire resisting wire breakage and thus loose connections) and I also like the fact that they are every bit as bright as the old C7 incandescent lights (I have several strings of these old incandescent strings right next to the BrizLabs and Twinkle Star LED strings) -- which I would guess would make them about 20-30% brighter than this Twinkle Star brand. I think that the Twinkle Star brand are still a decent value, but the BrizLabs are even better.

Neighboring lights make this green light ball look lighter in the picture than it actually is. I used these lights to make light balls requested by my wife. I was very pleased with how well they matched their description and how easy it was to work with them. The bulb covers unscrewed easily and went back on easily but also tightly so there was no chance of them coming unscrewed and falling out of the light balls. The balls were originally planned for St. Patrick's Day but we liked the look of them so much that they were put up early and are still working well and looking great.

We bought these in 2021 and did our entire house in them. We love the way they look but sadly none of them work this year. Everything worked fine when we put them away and they were stored in a container in a dry heated insulated shed. We went to hang the lights on the house yesterday and not one of the 8 strands we purchased worked! The Fuses are all fine, the lights just will not work. Even left them plugged in for a couple of hours to see if they needed warming up in hopes they would but no such luck. I am so bummed I threw away my old glass bulbs last year. I won't spend this kind of money on lights every year. So bummed!

Purple lights a fun bright purple. They look great!Just a note, we were going to change out every third bulb for an orange C9 bulb but you can’t.

I replaced my incandescent lights this year after finding most strands had sections of lights out. It's too time consuming to got through over 200 ft. of bulbs at my age. These are beautiful and so far no issues this first year. I will be purchasing more for next Christmas. Thanks!
