This is an absolutely beautiful bed. So sturdy, easy to put together and great quality. Bought for my little one that doesn't like to sleep alone, it's fantastic as it's spacious and very low which means I don't need to worry if he rolls our (not that it has happened!). Can't recommend enough, really is a fabulous find for such a great price.

I was looking for something very cheap for temporary cover as previous bed frame gave up the ghost and next move sees me down to a King Size...So was looking for Cheap and did not expect much...am reviewing because I was so pleasantly surprised by this one. As expected this Bed is small for a super king (which is what I wanted) and of tubular construction, so lets be clear the feedback is given in the context that I understood what I was buying. The Value for money is outstanding, the bed was well packaged and arrived really fast. I was particularly impressed that for a product this price it included a ratcheted hex key as well as a spare and spare bolts, I have bought products many times more expensive that did not have this level of attention to my needs. Construction was easy, the instruction sheet took a little getting used to in order to understand what it was saying but once I got my head around the concept it was really easy and quick to put together. the outcome is a Super king bed with small footprint, it looks pretty good, it is quite low to the ground but had a comfortable nights sleep and it opened up the room to make it feel bigger. very pleased and all this for £87......

I wasn't sure I'd made the right choice before it arrived, but as it turns out I couldn't have chosen better. Everything was there that should have been, I say this because I've bought flat pack before that has bits either missing or broken or both. The instructions were very clear with all parts either lettered or numbered making it very easy to assemble. They also include some spare bolts just in case. When it came to assembly I managed it very easily by myself, I only say that because I am disabled, only having one hand. When it was assembled it was very sturdy and looked good. One of the best things was that they provide a small ratchet wrench with it which made it even easier!. At first I thought it looked a bit on the low side but once I'd put on my mattress it was the perfect height. I had a great nights sleep with no squeaks or movement in the bed base. All in all I would highly recommend this product.

Bed frame is great, easy to assemble (zinus has great instructions) and looks good. The previous tenant had a double upholstered bed coming up to the same length in the room. We chose a less bulkier bed by going with this design and now we still have the same space to walk between the bed and wall. Love it ! Only drawback of this design is that the metal rod can feel awkward in the back of your head or neck unless you put a pillow in the right position for comfortable bedtime reading position.

Very nice bed. Sturdy for my four year old to use the bed as a trampoline. Bit low to the floor. Very comfortable. Assembly is very easy and a 20 min job for even a novice like me. Value for money. Underbed storage is bit tricky as it's a bit low to the floor. Still you've space to fit underbed storage boxes from argos and IKEA.

Just wow, Blown away with this companies furniture! They must have a Genius level Designer on their pay roll 😳 Im an engineer to trade myself and with teenage kids now wanting double beds we found ourselves buying four with four simba mattresses 😩 anyhows, we bought one grey velvet sled bed from wayfair cost around £600 not so great quality with cheap plastic clipped half slats! one £250 from Argos upholstered grey, it was ok but again those plastic clipped half slats ! then we purchased this Zinus and another upholstered zinus bed-frame from Amazon and while building these was an engineering treat as the ingenuity involved in their design was like nothing else i have ever seen, These guys would put Ikea best heads to utter shame, This whole bed frame is stored in one 6ft by 1ft foot box, Its all metal welded steel that unfolds like a swiss army knife, its like a big kids mechanno set of a bed, and once built its utterly solid, best money we spent on bed-frames i can assure you, The slats are full sized premium plywood, they even thought of adding rubber across the metal cross brace to dampen noise, the whole bed can be built with an 8mm allen key “supplied”, my only criticism and it more a compliment is that these frames are so square and perfectly measured that they are presuming everyone has a flat surface to put the bed on ! so the middle leg supports are not adjustable and if you find they do not touch your floor, well your floors uneven and i suggest you build it up with hardboard spacers, Zinus take great pride in their product and you will see that when you open it and find a welcome card praising you for choosing them and a little wrenched allen key to speed up your building and a bundle of spare bolts in case you lose one, Still blown away that this company can put a whole double bed in one 6x1 box ! Great for students and the like, expect this bed to last years, best money i ever spent on a bed frame 😎

We bought this for our spare bedroom in a loft room. The quality of the item is excellent and it was relatively easy to assemble. We actually prefer the Loheit of this item as we find it more convenient with all those ceilings within the loft room. The item looks great considering the reasonable price, and it appears to be standing the test of time very well.

Amazing bed. Well designed, great quality, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. In response to the poor reviews or ratings, I’d like to mention that in almost all cases of damaged products, the damage comes from the carelessness of shipment handling and has nothing do to with any flaws of product packaging or the product itself. Also, this took me exactly 27 minutes and 34 seconds to build. Easiest build EVER. It comes with a ratchet style allen key so assembly is insanely quick. Want a simply designed bed frame of great quality, thats sturdy, easy to assemble and move, and doesn’t squeak during any primitive activity, this is the bed for you.

This bed frame is really nice! Super easy to put together once you figure out the pictures. It took my boyfriend and I about an hour to put together and you could probably do it by yourself. Feels very sturdy and looks exactly like pictured. One of our headboard slats has some chips in the edge but I’m not sure if it was like that out of the package or if we accidentally chipped it while building. I just wish it was available in a more natural wood color but other that, can’t complain!

Bed is sturdy and doesn't make creaking noises (yet- I've had it for about two months now). It was easy to assemble. My only gripe is that I have a 10" mattress on it right now and it looks way, WAY too big. I would like to switch my mattress for an 8" but I'm worried even that won't be short enough to look proportional. I think the mattress in the photo might be a 6"

Very good instructions , nice looking and steady after assembly

I never could get one of the bolts holding the decorative piece at the foot of the bed to slot in correctly. Since it was not necessary to the structural integrity of the bed and the decorative piece is still held firmly enough to the frame, I'm not concerned about it. Everything else fit together perfectly, instructions were very clear, all tools were included and it was quite easy and quick for one person to assemble. (If I hadn't lost time doing a partially disassembly and reassembly to see if I could finesse that one bolt to fit it would have taken me less than 45 minutes). Just don't try to carry the box around all by yourself. Open it up and move the biggest pieces individually, then move the rest of the box. All of the decorative wood was well packed and arrived unblemished. As many other customers noted in their reviews however, the packing did not protect the tubular frame nearly as well and there is a small dent in mine (see photo). It is small so I don't lose any sleep over it (ha-ha) but be aware if you order this bed there's a strong chance this it going to happen and you're going to have to decide to live with it or take on the hassle of getting it returned. The slat system is great! It was really really easy to install (by comparison I remember tussling with slats many years ago with a different bed), seems very sturdy and doesn't squeak or create at all - not even a little.
