It is as advertised, good container.
I like it, it’s made of decent quality. Does exactly what it should and stores items in a water tight tube. It comes with o rings that do a good job of sealing it shut. It’s sturdy and lightweight at the same time. No complaints at all here.

Perfect waterproof tubes
I bought 2. One for a survival fishing kit, the other for a fabric repair kit. A little too big to fit through a molle loop, so I use a small carabiner and a molle elastic grabber to attach to my gear. Waterproof and seemingly indestructible. I can see uses for a several more of these. Fire making, first aid, medicines, gun cleaning, and the list goes on. This ranks up with paracord and duct tape for a list of purposes. Some colored tape identifies the contents.

I store USB drives and hard wallets in these to keep them safe from water and damage.

Nice size but rounded bottom is bad idea
This is a great size for the glove box & holds plenty of Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl, etc but the rounded end in the bottom was a terrible idea as you cant stand it up while taking your pills before you put the cover on. First time I used it, I didn't realize it had a rounded bottom and it fell & spilled all over. Somewhat a waste of money for this reason.

Works great. Threads even fit other things I own
For anyone wondering, the thread size is 1-1/8" x 28 TPI (threads per inch)

Oh, but for more adaptability
If it had been but 3/4-inch longer, it would have been ideal for my needs. Given caps on either end, it is too bad there are no mix-and-match options for the center section. Not to mention that it would help if the description came with a schematic. I gambled on length based on the comments here and lost, though it would have been very, very close if the I.D. on the end caps had been the same as that of the tube....

Good tube for things
I didn’t know what I would use this for but ended up putting Char Cloth in since it had rubber o-rings and with a little silicone grease makes a watertight seal. This would hold your 4” Ferro rod and striker depending on type of striker.
