These are cute, although a bit flimsy. We bought them for a 100th birthday party.

Great hats
We used these for my Kindergarten class. I love that there are 25 (not 24). They are colorful and ready to be decorated--we used smallish shiny hearts and stars. I'd get these hats again.

Great for 100 day party
Bought these for my preschool class. Good quality. Decorated with stickers, glitter, etc. Kids wore them all day and not a one tore (which is great for a 4 year old!) Would purchase again for sure!
