Winning Now Winning Later Paperback – 15 July 2020

I recently finished reading this book by David M Cote - Winning Now Winning Later. Excellent insights into how a large corporation must and should run. While, our scale of the business is very small a lot of the thought process and the focus on "doing" are definite takeaways for SME business owners like me. Also I must add that the short personal story at the end is very inspirational and motivational.Look forward to apply some insights from the book to improve our business and Win now and later :)

Fantastic book from Honeywell former CEO who brought out revolution across all the global centres of Honeywell by ensuring that HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems using Lean Six Sigma process) is set up and executed for delivering excellent quality product in time and at the same time, work & life balance of all the employees are taken care with remuneration above the industry standards.

I like the unerring focus on the long term while addressing short term issues - a challenge for all leaders today. The book is easy to read - and every chapter has a list of summary points that one can refer to.

Absolutely stunning book ....touches issues which always lie under the carpet.Dave makes attempts to adress the elephant in the room.Must read ....!!

Lived the Honeywell life for 14 years, all under the leadership of Dave, I can vouch for the very unique approaches, learnings and the practices that made Honeywell what it is today.

It's amazing and sure that it will be helpful guide for me. It will raise many ideas about essential principles to be opted when you are in Leadership Role.
