These are more good than you may realize. Inversion will change your life! Do it! Get these!
Far superior effect than the inversion table. However If you are NOT at least decently athletic and in decent range of your bmi, these may be difficult or even painful on your joints etc to use. I would say that if you are athletic and looking to train AND decompress with these. I'd get em. If you are more of a therapeutic approach and looking for spinal decompression for therapy and not training, I would get the inversion table. The goal is to hang upside-down however you can. It is an absolute game chamger for how you feel and function. It's amazing for the spine and seemingly the body fluid system somehow. I dunno I just know the difference to having inversion in my life regularly has a drastic affect on the efficiency use of my spine and body. I've had a table before and got these because I need to invert but don't have room for a table and also I want to train a bit with these too. Like leg pull-ups etc. Can't do that on a table. Also the free hang vs the table. The boots are much more affective. If you have pain or weak knees and ankles you may want the calf bar support. I'm 6 foot 165lbs Fit and healthy Thicker legs and ankles than a normal person my size and these xl boots are great. I had the regular boots before my table and they had the calf bar. I don't find it necessary for me and I find the xl fit my leg style (bulky) better than the regular size. For what these do for your body. It is well 1000000x% worth the cost! They are easy to put on. You'll need the up strap if you don't have stong lower abs. Otherwise really straight forward and easy to use. Definitely 10000000x% helps with pain and mobility. And these are extremely well made. I would NEVER buy the other kind of boots. Actually I had a pair once for like a day. And I donated them! They hurt to wear because the construction is less quality and they are not as safe to use because one buckle and it's poorly constructed "safety" closure are a joke, a hazard! Your neck being broken or leg joints hurt from a failing/faulty buckle system is NOT worth the 60ish$ you save buying the cheaper inversion boots. Spend the money, it's only 120$ for your spinal body health and absolute safety while doing so. If you have a spine. You should be inverting regularly. If you aren't athletic, get the table. Otherwise, if you're decently athletic, get these boots! And use them. It will literally change your life!

For workout and strech your body
These anti-gravity boots are excellent! They're super comfortable, very secure, and easily adjustable to different sizes. I weigh 60 kg, but they've been used by people up to 100 kg with no issues. Highly recommended for workout and strech your body.

Good overall. Minor drawbacks
Quality is good. I would order the larger one. I’m in no way a large person but these ones were small even for me. Be nice if the hook part was larger to accommodate slightly bigger bars. I had to cut the thin rubber protective cover off my bar. Unfortunately I wish I had know this before I discovered this type of stretch was too much for my back to handle.

Works Like a Charm!
As a fitness professional, business owner, and father of 4, I’m always focused on maximizing the time I have for efficient exercise and recovery. I incorporate overhead hangs and inverted hangs. I’ve been using a Yoga Hammock for my inverted hangs, which works jus fine. I’ve use the Teeter Table as well, that hurts my ankles and feet. These gravity boots are awesome. No discomfort using them and I’m able to hang for a solid 3-5 minutes. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking to get solid hanging for recovery, or even inverted crunches and hamstring curls!

Hang upside-down with comfort.
I have now had these boots for a few years and love them. They fasten securely and are comfortable around my ankle. I hang for between 3 and 7 min, and they hold me securely. If I were younger I'd hang longer, but at 69 yrs of age, this is all I need. I have been doing hangups for over 20 yrs and love it. I started with an inversion table which I still use at my primary residence.

Awesome product!
Awesome product! I’ve been paying for chiropractors to fix my lower back pain and they didn’t do much, after I bought these ( and they cost like one visit to chiropractor) it’s a life changer! I hang 2 min before and after gym session and the pain is gone!

blew my mind, these gravity boots actually work!
Having Lower back issues for over 20 years, and after having double hernia surgery just half a year ago, I'm still not pain-free. Turning 40, getting desperate for a solution, started looking into alternative methods. My physiotherapist is also my CrossFit instructor, and he had me hanging upside down from a roman bench. The hyper extension was one of the few exercises that releases the tension on my discs. From the roman bench, it was a small step to get the Gravity boots. Releasing pressure from the discs, and stretching the lower muscles gave me sufficient decompression that I can say it beats every painkiller known to me. First-time use is getting a bit used to it, check out out the tips on youtube on how to get into the hooks, and more important, and to get out of the hook. My tip is to put a rope or towel over the bar so you can pull yourself up. My first session was about 30 seconds, made small twists en hollow-arche movements. WORLD OF DIFFERENCE after JUST 30 seconds..
