Every two minutes in the USA, a gun is stolen. Sure, many of those guns are stolen from stores, but most are stolen from end consumers. Private citizens. People like me.I always want to be a part of the solution, not the problem, which is why I am working to make sure to beef up my security, and to safeguard my weapons against intruders.Thieves are not the only concern either. I have a three year old, and a five year old grand daughter who spend more and more time in my house. I don’t want any chance of them putting hands on any firearms until they are old enlightened to use them and understand them, and respect them properly.People think that a high shelf will adequately secure their firearm from a curious child, or a hidden drawer, or in a box under the bed.Kids WILL find a gun. Knowing they are not supposed to play with them usually just makes them that much more seductive. And that gets people hurt or killed.All of that explains why I wanted to be able to lock my firearms up, but honestly, I still want access to them. While yes, I love my range time, my weapons are about home and family defense. I need to be able to get to the gun in order to use it. No under the floor boards stash, or in the ceiling slick can give me that access.With this safe I have the three most secure options. I can use the key, and I keep that on my keychain on my person at almost all times (and my wife keeps hers too). I can use the biometric fingerprint scanner. I have my wife and both sons (both over thirty) prints in there, in addition to my own. It can handle up to twenty records, so it’s no problem. And of course there is the pin.What I really like about the pin is that in an emergency I can share it with someone whom is not already programmed into the safe. And then, in an instant, I can reprogram it. That is really nice, as I also keep spare keys and such in there when I am out of town and have the pistol with me anyway.I like the flexibility of the options for opening the safe. It is very useful to have the different options.I also like that it has mounting holes predrilled. It comes with the hardware to bolt it down too. This is made of nice thick solid steel. I wouldn’t want to try to drill through it with my hand drill, which of course is part of why I like it.It isn’t going to be easy to drill, or pry open, or smash either. By being able to bolt it down, it is far less likely that a criminal will be able to take it with them. That leaves them trying to open it on site. Unless they bring a drill press with some serious bits, they won’t get in like that. By being bolted down, prying is harder, and even using a sledge hammer is much less practical.This all adds up to a very safe safe. It keeps my stuff out of my grand kids hands and thieves hands, while keeping them easily available to myself and my wife.This is protecting my family. I couldn’t be happier with this.

This is my first gun safe box. Great programming , very easy to set up, after three times of fingerprint scan false, the alarm will start. This is a must to have, when u have kids and firearms at home!

This product definitely exceeded my expectations. It was soooo easy to program the biometric security function. It was soooo easy to anchor it to my dresser. If you are looking for a safe, and secure place to store your handguns, please, look no further. I guarantee, (and I never guarantee anything) you will not be disappointed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great quality with a relative heavy weight. It is easy to setup your code or fingerprint just by following the instruction. All three ways work to open the box. I personally love to use fingerprint, and it is proved (with the help of my friend who did not setup his fingerprint) that it only recognizes mine. When my friend tried to open it and failed for three times, it alarmed with a very sharp noise! Pretty secure. The space is enough for two pistols, but just enough for a letter size paper. Great value and I love it.

I like this safe but the finger print sensor is so finicky that it won't even finish registering most times and when it finally does, it won't read them to open. The key and pin code work well though.

Great product!! Quality product!! You put in the code or finger print and it pops right open. Perfect. Has an alarm, if someone puts in wrong code or tries to force it open it goes off. Perfect!!!

Gotta say, really damn cool, key and combo lock work flawlessly of course, and even the fingerprint scanner for me works great out of 20+ attempts at opening only 1 did not work as I had part of thumb off.As long as the scanner / hands are clean when you set it up works great for me despite some people in reviews having some issues with it.Made of some strong metal it seems so durable with mounting options but still light enough to be easily portable when needed.For the price can’t beat it
