Good product
Arrived on time, both batteries were showing 12.8V. They both charged correctly to full charge. So far, good product. We shall see how long they last. My original batteries lasted for over 4 years.

Batteries don't last forever in an UPS unit. Replacing the batteries is a much cheaper option than to buy a new UPS unit.
