Thyroid Support Supplement with Iodine - Premium Natural Ingredients

First off, I purchased this supplement- this wasn't a free sample for a good review. I am on levothyroxine with a history of a hemithyroidectomy and hashimotos. I am also an endurance runner and in to weightlifting- which my running has rapidly declined since my surgery 3 months ago. I was still having serious fatigue, muscle weakness, brain fog, and even diffuse body aches with activity (runs more than 1.5miles when I was previously running 10+ miles) when my levothyroxine was supposedly at the correct dose. I am a nurse practitioner myself so I have had my PCP run a ton of blood work looking for any other possible source- everything is normal. I started this supplement 10 days ago and after 4 days started noticing subtle improvements- less fatigue, feeling more awake in the AM, less brain fog. 10 days in I have noticed a significant improvement- More than I would expected from a supplement as I'm positive that I still need further adjustment of my levothyroxine. About the only thing it hasn't stopped is my diffuse aches after I try to run- but again, it's a supplement so it won't totally replace t3 or t4 if you are low. I can't say anything about weight loss as it has only been 10 days but the increase in energy makes this supplement 100% worth the money.

Not sure if they did anything or not. If you have hoshimotos do not take these.

If you have a true Thyroid disorder do not use this product! It is only a vitamin with a little supplemental kelp. If you are having problems with Synthroidor levothyroxine, ask your doctor to order Armour Thyroid. Usually start with 30mg daily and increase in 15 my every 2-3 months if needed-as determined by thyroid function studies- just like you get when on levothyroxine. If you have a heart problem, it is suggested you start out on 15 mg of Armour Thyroid. Forest Pharma distributed. T

I have been using this supplement now for well over a year as was told by my MD that my thyroid hormone levels were a little high, after getting a second opinion from a naturalo-pathic healer, I decided to manage my condition with supplements, and lifestyle changes.The option of irradiated iodine treatment didnt fit well with my belief that the body can heal itself with diet, exercise and nutrition. 2nd review: Started using this instead of the high dose Iodoral. It seems to give me energy and my blood tests come back with very good numbers taking only the smallest dose of Naturethroid, where I used to take more. Will continue with this productAppreciate the free book that explains need for this particular formula and not just high dose of iodine that I was taking before. I do notice a greater sense of well-being and more energy--which could also be due to the high fiber diet--but doesn't come from thyroid medication alone. Will have to try this supplement for a few more months but anticipate continuing.

do not feel a difference and kinda of pricey. iodine is making a difference

I bought this because I have had trouble regulating my T3 & T4 levels, despite being on synthroid and Cytomel for years (Synthroid, over 20 years!) for an autoimmune disorder. My prescription drugs haven't changed, but I have changed! My levels are more consistent now, and I've had normal levels 4 checks in a row now. I have more energy. I never had trouble sleeping at the night, but it seems like my sleep is more solid now, and I rarely think about taking a nap. The hair on my head has stopped thinning and my skin isn't as dry as it used to be. I've bought this several times and plan to keep taking it as long as they keep making it.
