Good quality coffee at an insanely good price. Not the best coffee but ideal for your everyday cup especially at the price.

The challenge with decaf beans or ground is twofold: 1. Decaffeination --whether tea or coffee-- blunts the flavour, so the trick is to find one that's the least affected as some decaf blends have more flavour oomph than others. It's a case of suck it and see. 2. Getting the exact right grade of grind - too coarse for your method and you wont get good extraction - too fine and you'll get over extraction and a pool of silt at the bottom of your cup. Morrisson's blend decaf I've had only once as the pickers keep substituting regular when I want decaf. I'd say Taylor's of Harrogate pips them on their decaf blend, but then again they're dearer. Make sure the blend is pure Arabica beans. Robusta beans are bland and taste like cardboard. In order of oomph for decaf blends from most to least: 1 Lavazza Decaf blue packet 2 Union 3 Taylor's, Douwe Egberts/Kenco, Rombout's 4 Pelican Rouge 5 Happy belly/Amazon These are the ones I've tried, your mileage may vary - clearly any super "value" supermarket own brand from Sainsbury's, ASDA and so on will taste like nothing, so they will be at the bottom of just about any list. Conclusion? Good enough, better than value brands, Pelican Rouge or happy belly - but not great.

Good flavour and aroma even though its decaff. Very good value compared with national brands.

We blend 50/50 with Magma coffee to make a half and half ground coffee. Good flavour overall

Aroma not as good a Aldis which is a bit cheaper.
