I love drink this but I don't know my muscle grows..

Tastes great, better than actual chocolate milk and you don't get that bloaty feeling or the weird after feeling in your mouth that you get from milk. Could drink it endlessly if my partner didn't stop me.

Life Changing for a Gallstone Sufferer
This stuff changed my life, it may sound dramatic but for the last 3 months since my diagnosis I've been vegan and completely dairy free with only 5g of fat per meal - much harder than it sounds! I'm a serious chocolate lover and unfortunately can no longer enjoy anything chocolatey... this Milkshake along with the Alpro Chocolate Desserts are an absolute game changer! Forever grateful for Alpo and their amazing work ❤️
