It's fantastic book

-Very organised book and the diverse aspects related to self esteem-It is basic. Good start point if you want to improve your self esteem.-Riso is great, as usual. The way he writes and his advices are honest, good and helpful-I recommend reading this book several times and after a while as we can get more out of it as well as we tend to see things differently after a while
