I was a little nervous about this fitting me seeing all the reviews and such about size but the cloths fit Great and are great for biking in a chilly weather. I'm 5'5 155 and i got the medium, I usually wear a small in US bike cloth's size, so I followed the size chart and got the medium and it fits great I like my gear tight and snug so if you don't like it too tight i suggest going 2 sizes up, so if you are confused by the size chart go 1 size up your normal size ( if you wear a small in US get the medium, if you wear L get XL in US etc) the cuffs on the sleeves were loose and do not hug my wrist, that's my only complaint otherwise i would have gave it 5 stars. looks flashy and very eye catching, you will attract a lot of attention with this. all in all great product, padding is very soft and flexible and comfortable, by far best padding i have in my cycling pants/shorts. cloths Keeps you dry and air flow is great. if you are looking for cloths to cycle in more chilly conditions i highly recommend this, was worth every penny.
