Wailing Phantom Animated Prop, 7-foot tall

the step pad does not work with the prop. I have over twenty of these props, i contacted unbeatable and all i got was suggestions and they sent a new step pad. i told them that i tried a different one and they said try it anyway. it did not work. then they said the manufacturer wanted to talk to me so i needed to give them my phone number and email. What happened is support @ morris costumes called me. I retuned the call and basically a representative told me i had to start all over again. What a put off! i have never experienced any thing like this. they just want you to go away and wont issue a return. Don't buy from this company!!!!

Normal quality constructiongood lookingJust wish it stood as tall as described.We actually put a 2x4 under front to raise of the base so it would raise the head up higher or its just to hunched over.

We received this and put together the sound nor anamatronica worked the seller was great sent a replacement part and that didn’t work. We have thousand and thousands of dollars in Halloween decor and never had this happen. Now they won’t send a new one and want the old one and the replacement parts shipped back. We already have Halloween activities scheduled and to leave a blank place will look horrible and ruin of activities. Asked for a refund and they haven’t got back to me but I’m sure they’ll want this 7 foot guy shipped back. Now that’s convenient. Awful awful product.

Haven’t hooked it all up yet but was having an issue with the way the face of the phantom came. The company jumped right on it and sent a new one. Good service. Cool looking prop. Can’t wait for 10-31-21

Ths ia a must have prop. I saw it on display and watched it in action. The only thing that had me disappointed were the eyes. Not as intense as the online video, but I HAVEN'T SET UP MY UNIT YET so it might be better.
