Worked like a charm.

I ordered two microphones around this same price range, they look exactly the same. But when testing with this one it was slightly better quality. I heard a faint distortion when multiple noise sources with the other one, but not this one.

Works great clear voice calls

I used a voice recorder app to troubleshoot poor outgoing sound in a call with my new android head unit. This mic had more than double the output for the same speech volume compared to the clamshell style mic included with the head unit. It also allowed mounting high on the A-pillar, aimed at the driver. Big improvement.

Bought this for my Kenwood in my truck. Really easy to install. Depending on where you mount it, you may have to route the cable through the back of the dashboard. Works great. Was told that the sound on the other end is clear.

Plugged into the Alpine stereo and tested out fine. The 3.5 plug is mono, not stereo so sound quality may be impacted.

doesn't work with kenwood 47s. this thing was a waste of money. everyone says they can barely hear and sounds like static. The orginal kenwood one worked great thought this would be an upgrade but now I am going to have to find a better one .

The microphone does work but it sounds like your in a canyon. Maybe it's my stereo but I've tried several different locations to fix the issue but nothing helped. I will try another brand.

Mic seems to be ok, but the plastic clip that holds the mic up has broken. Will try something else next time.

The reviews about the mic issues are correct. Muffled sound, cuts in and out, picks up road/wind noise with windows closed.
