I agree the description was a little misleading since there are "36 pieces" but if you read the whole description, it says "12 packages." The freshness was questionable due to no expiration date on the packages. They tasted fine though. My only real gripe is that half of the items were smashed or melted. Since it took 12 days to arrive, I do not know if it was seller or the delivery company that damaged the items.

Every single package of Hostess product was crushed. Very disappointing. Tasted stale. Overpriced.
