fully non-stick, brilliant!
These are sturdy, straight sided medium sized muffin tins and since purchasing them I have successfully made gluten free scones, both sweet and savoury. Normal scones made with wheat flour have structure without being in cases, but this is impossible with gluten free flour because it needs support. The tins are the perfect answer and they are fully non-stick!
